Abstract

The essay is the vehicle which thinkers, analysts, teachers and academic researchers use to offer to the people interesed in social, economics, politics and culturals issues reflections about the real problems and the ways to follow. In the tradition of the public debat, Valdés Ugalde exposes and give arguments on contemporary democracy difficults, showing the existence of other forms to organice the political power that are opposed to this social agreement.
